Appearance: copper color with a little bit of transparency closer to the sides and a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple-y, floral, grapefruity and other mixed citrusy hop scents; light clean malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair bittersweet quality; finishes citrusy, floral and more with a grapefruity rind bitterness
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper, light smoothness but also some hop bitterness on the tongue
Overall: nicely done DIPA worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: bright yellow semi-haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pears, lemon, melon and grapefruity hop tones; clean malts underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a nice bittersweet quality; finishes semi-lemony and melony with a pinch of dryness
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: nicely done dry hopped DIPA worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: dark brown color with a thin cap of an eggshell white foamy head which dissipated inward and left some coating lace
Aroma: tart and sweet cherries, dark fruits, some brown sugar, slight Belgian yeasty tones, subtle cocoa powder then clove & cinnamon further in the back
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a mild sweet to tart to spicy quality; finishes dark fruity and a touch of spice
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; some smoothness and that "back-of-the-throat" Belgian grab that I was looking for
Overall: is this truly a Belgian Quad or a Belgian Dark Strong ale? That is the question as I may be left scratching my beard trying to figure that out a bit but another bottle might be nice to have this beauty again just to have for pleasure and ponder what this beer truly is.

Appearance: black in color with a two finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet milk chocolate, dark chocolate, sweet grains, subtle roasty character
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together in a sweet to semi-roasty sort of way; finishes chocolatey sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, somewhat sessionable, very smooth along the tongue to the point of being somewhere close to being between watery and mobile
Overall: not a bad beer but maybe needs a bit "beefed" up in the feel.

Aroma: lemony hop bitterness, grassy hop bitterness, subtle pine, and blended citrusy hoppiness; light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior noted aromas; finishes lemony, grassy and slightly piney
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also the right level of hop bitterness
Overall: good AIPA worthy of having again.

Overall: pretty good NEIPA I'd come back to.

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a sweet to bitter sort of way; subtle juicy tropical fruity finish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue, low carb but also some hop harshness
Overall: this one doesn't seem fully cohesive as if it was rushed in the brewing process.

Appearance: dark brown with highlights of purple; less than a quarter finger of white foamy head sat on top for several minutes before that dissipated then left some light lace
Aroma: blackberry tart, sweet & sour features up front; vanilla, lemony and subtle grassy to woody character underneath
Flavor: starts sour with a gentle tart and sweet aspect coming in underneath then moderately blends all together; finishes blackberry to lemony and slightly vanilla-like
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, light smoothness but also ample sour/tart harshness staining the tongue as expected
Overall: pretty nicely done blackberry sour ale I would welcome again.
