03-10-18 330ml bottle from a trade with Taboada. Thanks! Herbal grainy nose. Light bodied. Grainy. Hay. Dusty. Mild yeast. Solid.

33cl bottle
Hazy pale golden color, white and quickly diminishing head. Aroma is slightly citrusy with yeasty hints. Flavor is slightly sweet, some belgian yeast, citrus. Slightly bitterness in the final, light maltiness.

33cl bottle
Golden color, white head, good retention. Aroma with yeasty notes, spices and some flowery hints. Flavor is quite similar as aroma, slightly citrusy. Final with a good yeast presence, some bitterness.

330mml. bottle. Tasted on the 09/09/2018 at Ponteareas. Clear orange color with a medium white head. Aroma is yeast, orange peel and malta. Taste is intense yeasty and malty. Medium dry finish. Some spices. Next one please!

Danke an Taboada. Hefiger, säuerlich kräutriger Geruch. Spritzig, trocken herb, feine Säure, angenehmer Hopfen. Spritzig, etwas blumig hopfig, steigende Bitterkeit. Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Gut. 10/10/11/10/11/10

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 17/06/2018 at "Feira da Cervexa Artesá Santiago de Compostela". Clear yellow colour with a minimal white sparkling head. Aroma is spices, sweet malts, bread and some butter. Taste is moderate spices, slighlty citrusy and malty. Finish is slightly dry with a spice touch. Next one please!
