AROMA: initial medium-low cereal husk aroma, followed by yeast and low sulphur. faint background of caramel malt. APPEARANCE: amber colour with fine particles in suspension. medium beige head with medium retention. TASTE: medium-low sulphur flavour, followed by yeast, cereal husk and slightly sweet malt background. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. astringency present. OVERALL: a red ale with a lot of execution problems

AROMA: medium citrusy/orange aroma with a slight minty note. neutral malt background with a slight sweet character. low yeast aroma present. APPEARANCE: gold colour and clear. excessive white head with good retention. TASTE: initial low orange/lemony flavour, followed by medium yeast presence. medium-low bitterness with a very dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with excessive carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a witbier with added herbs that is more pleasant on the aroma than flavour, due to excessive yeast presence.

APPEARANCE: light amber colour and clear. medium-low off-white head with medium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium to medium-high cereal husk, followed by a low background of caramely malt and low fruitiness. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-low carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an english ipa with execution problems.

AROMA: medium-high citric aroma (lemon), followed by medium-low floral notes and a medium yeast background. slight orange-like notes. APPEARANCE: straw gold colour and clear. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium citrus and low floral notes, followed by medium-high yeast flavour. medium bitterness with a dry and uncooked bread (yeasty) finish. PALATE: low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a saison with too much distracting yeast flavour, a bit more into the lemony side.

Tap. Tasted on the 15/07/2017 at Artbeerfest (Caminha). Hazy red to pink colour with a thin white head. Aroma of berries, spices, candy and sugar. Taste is sweet candy, some raspberries and sugar. Finish is not intense. Next one please!
