Keg at Beatnikz Republic, Manchester, 03/10/19. Black with a decent tan cap that dissipates edgeward . Nose is bitter sweet chocolate, mellow roast, light spice, toffee melt. Taste comprises dark malts, more bitter sweet tang, cacao nibs, dark toffee, dark fruit rinds. Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent enough earthy impy stout ... not to sweet ... decent balance and nice to have one close out not so sweet in this day and age.

Keg at beatnik brewery tap. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is dishcloth dank, alcohol, spicy citrus, grassy dank.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, midget gems, orange, soft wheatx opal fruits, spicy citrus, alcohol. Palate is semi crisp, light grains, highish carbonation. Bit rough round the edges.

Keg at Beatnikz Republic, Manchester, 03/10/19. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is ripe citric flesh, pine, weed, raw pineapple, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, ripe melon, pineapple, pine resin, hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with semi danko hop bitterness. Decent ripe leaning DIPA.
