750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Fruity, funky, tangy and woody aroma, notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, quince, apricot, nectarine, peach, mirabelle, a touch of white grapes, grapefruit, grape sugar, herbal-floral overtones with a touch of Mediterranean herbs, marjoram, sage, basil, some oak. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally diluted notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, a touch of white grapes, old lemon peel, grapefruit, subtle sweetness with a touch of grape sugar, dry, woody, oaky overtones.
