There's the flavor, but the stout tastes brassy and unbalanced.

It's sickly sweet.
Getting into the higher level ABVs and both this one and the pale aren't packing the punch.
First one to crack 4. Good flavor. It doesn't stick around, but it's the first that I'll probably drink the whole of.
it's a decent amber but at 6.6 I was looking for something stronger and more packed.
Blonde this is not

On tap at Flying Heart, pours a red-tinged dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly living, with gentle toasted, smoked malt and soft bready notes. Flavour is a little more assertive, with whiskey notes, toasted and smoked malt, and breadiness. Clean and pleasant, with nice smokey, whiskey notes. Solid.

On tap at Flying Heart, pours a filthy, opaque muddy diarrhea brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma is better than it looks, with notes of cherry, cocoa and earthiness. Flavour is okay, with some lightly tart cherries, light cocoa and husky earthiness. A very muddy, uncoordinated beer. I guess you can only get away with serving this in a place like this. No good.

On tap at Flying Heart, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty neutral — I can't say I get much of anything. Flavour is smooth for a 10% pils: there's notes of sweet biscuity malt but not much hops or anything else. Clean, but kind of pointless. Why make a 10% beer if you're not gonna do anything interesting flavour-wise? Meh.

On tap at Flying Heart, pours a hazy muddled dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of nutmeg and cinnamon, with bready malt and perhaps some diacetyl. Flavour is sour and spicy — there's clearly something wrong here, given that sourness. There's also some nutmeg and cinnamon, but that sourness kills this. What went wrong here?
