On tap at the brewery. Pours a pale gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is straw, grass, biscuit. Light body, grain, grass, nice crisp finish, very good.

Both of youromas and flavors are similar with toast, coco a, dark malt that are fairly well balanced. On the sweet side but not overdone, good carbonation body and finish. Very easy drinking beer.

It's another too sweet Imperial start with lots of good flavors but the overpowering sweetness gets in the way. A pity. Could have been so much better.

Bomber from La Riviera in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark brn/blk with a dark tan head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Very full bodied. Flavor is smooth, sweet burnt malt, perhaps a bit treacleish, with chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Might be something like bread. Tends to go towards dry in the finish. Burnt malt bitter. Tasty.

Bomber from Tavour. Both new breweries to me. Near black pour, still. Aroma is a subtle blend of roasty malts, milk chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Taste starts sweet, more chocolate, vanilla, milk. Coffee lighter in the taste than the aroma. Bitter bite lingers., mocha. Solid all the way through.
