Absolutely incredible sour. Draft pour to a tulip at Hop and Hound. Glowing reddish pink pour. Thin fizz head. Full of juicy red berry flavor. I'd say two thirds sour and one third sweet, do very close to perfect on that level. Red raspberry aroma. So much red and blue berry taste going on. Wonderfully sour. Love this brew.

Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance; and no cloying, astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, fairly sticky, and slightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 9.6%. Overall this is an awesome oat DIPA. Al around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/resinous/drying finish; awesomely soft feel. Feels like a lot of Citra/Mosaic, maybe some El Dorado. Super juicy and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balance oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Well attenuated for the big ABV. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is an amazing fruited gose! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of blackberry, black currant, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Great soft feel, not overly lactic/salty. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy fruit, and Lacto complexity; with a nice sized wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with lingering acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing top tier style example. One of the best gose I've had as with the Glasgow Smile, but this is a bit more acidic and less soft.

Overall this is an amazing fruited gose! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, lemon zest, heather, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Fantastic soft feel, not overly lactic/salty. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy berries, heather, and Lacto complexity; with a nice sized wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering acidic/tangy drying. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example. One of the best gose I've ever had; but it is an imperial, so pretty much was expected.

This beer pours an inky black color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roast malt, vanilla, chocolate and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, fudge, vanilla and spiced fruit. The finish is roasty and sweet with malt and vanilla aftertaste. Good beer all around.
