Can from Bottle Bar East: pours blackish with a light beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roasty toasty. Taste is pretzely, lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Pleasant.

Can at Bottle Bar East: pours black with beige head. Aroma is chocolate and a bit roasty. Taste is sweetish. Body is chewy. Loads of chocolate. Some coconut. Solid brew.

On tap at Central Jersey Beer Festival in West Windsor, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold pour. Creamy white head. Aroma is fruity with hints of apple and cinnamon. Tart, sweet apple cider flavor. notes of cinnamon and clove. Sweet ad fruity. Light body.

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Clear, medium gold pour. Frothy white head. Cereal malt aroma has fruity undertones. Flavor is sweet and malty with grainy notes. Earthy, nuttiness in middle. Some mild bitterness on backend. Very drinkable, as advertised.

16 ounce can. Bright yellow gold color. Firm, frothy beige head. Crisp grainy malt nose hints at clover and hay. Flavor follows nose. Strong grainy malt is accented by herbal, spicy hops. Hay and cut grass notes abound. Perhaps a whiff of fresh lemon zest as well. Overall, a really tasty brew that does the style proud.n

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Deep amber, orange pour. Large, fluffy khaki colored head. Sweet malty aroma. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor upfront. Some earthy, grainy notes as well. Citrus hops finish this nicely.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy orange gold color. Brief creamy beige head. Interesting nutty malt aroma hints at vanilla and cocoa. Flavor follows nose. Hints of peanuts, cocoa and sea salt. Some hop bitterness as well. Interesting and somewhat faithful to the Peanut Butter Blossom cookie.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Orange, brown color has a quickly dissipating beige head. Toasted malt aroma has notes of brown sugar and mild roasted coffee. Flavor upfront is toasted malt, sweet caramel and oven-roasted hazelnuts. Some warmth from the 8% ABV. There is an underlying hint of coffee as well. Quite tasty.

Dark dried fruit, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and orange peel. A multitude of flavors. Sticky mouthfeel. Warming alcohol. Mildly complex. Interesting.
