Sample at The Ohio Taproom. The beer is a slightly hazy orange color with a medium fluffy off-white head that dissipates slowly. Patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and a touch of pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the Columbus Microbrew Festival on 09/15/2013: This brew pours a clear dark orange color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, caramel and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of roast malt, caramel and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen. Pours a clear orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of hops, malt and fruit. Medium-bodied with flavors of floral hops, tropical fruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the Brews Cafe "Spring Forward" beer festival on 03/09/2013: Clear pale amber pour with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, hops and caramel. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and grain. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
