Sample at The Daily Growler during the "4 Year Anniversary Festival" on 12/18/2016. Brown-black color with a thin beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and peppermint. Full-bodied with flavors of earthy malt, chocolate, coffee and peppermint. The finish is malty with a subtle minty aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. This beer is a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Small sheets of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a slightly hazy straw color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing. Aroma of wheat, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, fruit, clove and doughy malt. The finish is clean and slightly fruity with a wheaty aftertaste. Decent overall.

On draught at the tap room. Clear golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, malt and fruit. Light to medium body with a grassy hop character and notes of doughy malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample from cask at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2016. Clear orange color with a medium rocky white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of lime, hops and mint. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, lime and mint. The finish is tart with a lime and hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Full-bodied with flavors of dank hops, peppery yeast and grainy malt. The finish is resiny hops and malt. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the High Gravity Hullabaloo on 02/06/2016. Brown-black pour with a medium thin beige head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing. Roast malt, oak and fruit in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of roasted malt, oak, chocolate and cherries. The finish is malty with a dark cherry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
