Sample at The Ohio Taproom during the Athens, Yo! event on 05/17/2017. This Cider is a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of mango and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet mango and apple, along with a touch of spice. The finish is fruity with a mango aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at West End Ciderhouse. Hazy pinkish-orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus and apple. Medium body with flavors of blackcurrant, semi-tart apples and spice. The finish is fruity with a blackcurrant and red apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at West End Ciderhouse. This Cider is a murky pinkish-red color with a minimal pinkish-white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of cherry and apples. Medium body with flavors of semisweet cherry and red apple. The finish is mildly tart and effervescent with a cherry aftertaste. Above average overall.
