Sample at West End Ciderhouse. Pours a hazy straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spice. Medium body with flavors of semi-tart apples and persimmons and some mildly sweet spice in the background. The finish is mildly astringent fruit. Above average overall.

Sample at West End Ciderhouse. This Cider is a dark garnet-amber color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly and spotty lacing. Dark fruit and spice in the nose. Medium body with a plum and pear character with some spice in the background. The finish is fruity with a mildly tart plum aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at West End Ciderhouse. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Fruity aroma with some mild spice notes. Medium body with flavors of paw paw fruit, apple and sweet spice. The finish is fruity with a paw paw aftertaste. Drinks featuring this fruit are generally hit or miss for me but this is pretty well done.

Medium body with flavors of apple cider, wheat and spice. The finish is fruity with a mildly tart apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Full-bodied with flavors of bourbon, oaky vanilla, herbal honey and malt. The finish is sweet and boozy with a bourbon and honey aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
