Most people’s worst of the day during tasting and held off trying until near the end than gave in. Nose is blossoms and sweet honey. Tastes odd you get honey and plastic orange blossom, maybe some mineral quality. A little sweet finish. Not a great one.

Bottle carried home from CA by Willrunforbeer. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is a bit odd, butter, beeswax and green apples, really strange.

The flavor is nearly as strange... Movie butter popcorn? It’s not as sour, rather artificial strange notes. Some really off tartness that maybe shouldn’t be place in a mead. Cool idea I guess?

Bottle from Brian, hazy light lemonade appearance. this is a tart lemon aroma. Well, this is certainly sour. tart, almost astringent with popcorn at the finish...very buttery with a long lingering dry finish.

Tap at Draught 55 for some reason all these guys meads tend to end up here kinda odd fit but I’ll take it. Fine light gold pour small head. Nose is honey and floral and oak. Tastes of rich wild honey, oak, vanilla, flowers, and touch of honey dew. Quite pleasant. Not sure who’s bring to bonfire on the beach but that sounds like great time invite me.

Tap at Draught 55 cuz why not it’s Friday and mine as well mead myself. Golden pour. Nose is tons of honey and apple. Tastes of apples, pears, some oak, yeast, and boat loads of honey. Sticky palate but drinkable and not cloying. Fairly good

Bottle sample at a tasting at Naama’s place. 12%. Thanks Vova & Stas. Hazy white wine color. Aroma of white wine, fruity, with wood and a bit of alcohol. Sourish flavor with white wine, fruity, with wood. Leaves the mouth dry. Pretty nice.
