Our Wild Ride began when the idea of creating an awesome brewery came alive. A group of lifelong friends, who grew up in Redmond, started plotting the course. With no professional brewer on the team, priority one was finding the right team to create the brews. Through the ups and downs and twists and turns, we met many interesting and special people along the way. Our brewers have been brewing award-winning beers since the beginning and continue to craft innovative and fun styles!
Another important chapter to our story included finding the perfect location. In 2013, we found just that in an old lumber storage building in downtown Redmond. And that’s when this Wild Ride really took off! The building had four walls, concrete floors, garage doors and a tall ceiling, which was all we needed. We then created a plan to add everything else, beginning with running water (some of the best in the Pacific NW). We are thrilled to have found this location in our hometown, and there is no other place we would rather call home for our brewery.
This is the short story of our wild ride, and our story will keep on keeping on as we continue to make great brews for everyone to enjoy. So, what’s your Wild Ride? Whatever it may be, we raise a pint to you and the journey you’ll take to turn your wild ride into a reality.
Cheers!

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Wasn't expecting much, but thus is damn good. Very dark amber, small head leaves sheets if lacing. Aroma us malts, brown bread, toffee. Taste is wonderful malt flavors, not sweet, kind of earthy. Dry, light bitterness lingers. A real nice surprise

Bottle from the Co-Op. Brownish amber color with a finger of creamy tan head. Sweet woody bourbon aroma with a hint of faded citrus hops. A little chocolate. Smells quite a bit like a barreled barley wine. Tastes sweet with bourbon and light woody accents. Lingering faded florals and just a tad of smoke. Lingering sweet bourbon finish.

Draft pour at Bambinos. Listed at 5.6% a cloudy golden orange pour. Wheat heavy, orange fruit aroma. Cranberry doesn't come through until late in the flavor. Moderate tart. Berliner like sour. Flavorful, and refreshing for a sour. Lighter feel, but doesn't lack in flavor quality. Pretty good overall.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Milky yelliw golden, one finger creamy head fades a bit. Aroma is pure wheat, bready, biscuits. Taste folliws this lead, adding a bit of lemony notes. Straight forward wheat ale, solid throughout.

OnTap Clear deep golden. Thin persist and single bubble layer. Resinous and fruity hop aromas and flavors. This is indeed a double, some ABV fumes are apparent and lots more resinous hop bitterness trailing.

Clear pale light golden. Scant wispy white head. Lots of clean light coffee in the aroma. Even more in the flavors. The light pale malts are just a carrier for this coffee vehicle. The flavors are nice though. Slightly sweet and mellow coffee. Quite good
