Bottle on the train from Memmingen to Stuttgart, from the Memminger Wirsthaus opposite the station, 08/02/15. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is grain, bread, citric peel, yeast esters, caramel popcorn, lgiht spice. Taste comprises vanilla, clove, grassy, grain, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hefe.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly grainy pale malty aroma with a skunky/oxidized touch in the back. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly tame carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly bready and grainy taste with buttery/oxidised notes and shades of herbal hops; sweet and discreetly hop bitter finish. Not really enjoyable. 18.XII.14
