Many thanks for this bottle to McTapps. Pours a cloudy geolden color. Full white head. Taste that of and average Hefe, some banana and clove.

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana, hints of sulphur and a clovy touch. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Wheaty, yeast-laden taste with notes of banana and shades of yogurt; sweet and delicately bitter wheaty, banana-fruity finish with a tinge of acidity. Still drinkable Hefeweizen with some flaws. 06.V.14

(bottle) Clear, dark ruby brown colour with a beige and firm mid-sized foamy head. Slightly ashy and moderately roasted malty aroma with notes of mocha, dark chocolate and liquorice. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly roasted malt character with the same but less pronounced flavours as in the aroma; medium-dry sweet-bitter, slightly roasty malty finish with hints of mocha and liquorice spice in the aftertaste. Not the worst beer of the Memminger collection. 05.V.14

Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation.
