(bottle) Slightly hazy, greenish golden colour with a diminishing frothy white head. Slightly sour-fruity and wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus, vanilla and a strong touch of cloves. Slightly sour and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Wheaty and sourish fruity taste with a slim and fruity, also clovy and slightly tart finish. 30.IX.13

Milder dunkel hefiger Antrunk. Minimale Kräuternoten, nur wenig stärker ist die Bitterkeit, die weit hinter dem konstanten aber unauffälligen Malz liegt. Leider wird das Bier nie wirklich intensiv, was bei den harmonischen Aromen durchaus wünschenswert wäre. So bleibt es bei einem erfrischenden unauffälligem Bier. 12/10/9/7/6/8

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, fine sweet-malty, interesting fruity notes of apricot. Finish well balanced, still malty-sweet, mild-dry background. Nice one!

Bottled, 0.33l. Clear pale golden color with medium frothy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of herbal hops, grass and grainy malt. Taste starts malty, then followed fresh grainy and papery. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry, aftertaste is normal German bitter. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Bottle looks nice, but if you skip this one, you don’t miss anything...

Beautiful pour, hazy golden color with lots of fine carbonation and thick, creamy head. Aroma is also right on banana, bubblegum, bread. Taste seems a bit weaker than the strong aroma leads you to believe, and mouthfeel is more on the watery side (not as thick as should be for the style. A very good weizen.

Draught. Deep hazy yellow with a firm head and good lacing. Aroma is fruity yeast. Flavour is smooth candy, fruity with some spice.
