Bottle at Frk. Hubert Esbjerg. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Cloudy yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Light bitter rustik flavor. lacks fruity esters. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. not a very good hefe.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Dror. Clear brown color. Aroma of fruit esters, yeast, caramel and spicy notes. Sweetish flavor of bread, malt, some fruitiness and a slightly acidic finish. Light to medium-bodied. So-so.

Aroma is light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, yeast, light fruit and bubble gum. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt - yeast, fruity yeast, mint - bubble gum. Bottle. It’s an unclear, golden-orange one, topped by a foamy, white head. Wheaty, yeasty nose with a good dash of bubble gum. Some lemon too. The flavor is wheaty and malty, with pale malts and banana. A touch of lemon and bitterness. Medium body, quite effervescent. Well, I don’t think leichte weisse ever gonna be my favorite style, but this wasn’t bad. 110820

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head. Sweet banana, grain and yeast. Heavy bubblegum , wheat and paper. A bit thin.
