Bottle at post-WSF tasting, thanks to fonefan. It pours fizzy piss yellow, with a fizzy white head. The nose is butter, grass, hay and wheat. The taste is butter, grass, metal, bread, sweet malt and boiled green vegetables, with a light bitter finish. A pretty boring Doppelbock, with harsh carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. @ the WSF after tasting on the Riding School Hostel.[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, dusty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle (courtesy of Koelschtrinker). Honey/lemon malt and light astringent alcohol aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet corny malt and moderately bitter/astringent alcohol flavor. Decent body. Okay but a bit rough.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A finger-thick, dense, off-white head sits on top of an unclear yellowish orange body. Too bready on the nose, some banana and hints of cloves and yeast too. Dry, thin and effervescent. The flavor is also mostly grainy, some banana and lemon chimes in, a little bitterness shows up in the end. Not all bad, but way too grainy, making it feel sort of cloying. Won’t be missed. 110130

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, pale golden radler. Minimal-sized white head. Lemon on the nose, just a hint of beer in the far back. It’s thin on the palate, quite dry, with lemon dominating the flavor. Some pils and bitterness though. Drinkable and refreshing. Boring and uninteresting. 110130

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body and an off-white head. Mostly banana on the nose, with some lemon, cloves and yeast. Silghtly doughy actually. The flavor has a good dash of banana with bready grains in the background. Cloves and some lemony notes as well. Medium body, nicely carbonated. Doughy, banana finish. A nice lower alcohol hefeweizen, but too doughy and I guess it would be rather bad when warmer. 110130

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, some yeast and quite much citrus fruits. Flavour is banana, citrus fruits, wheat, some yeast as well as some mild toffee and mild earthy notes.
