(bottle) Almost clear, golden colour with a mid-sized and slightly grey foamy head. Bready malty aroma with a shy tine of cara-malt. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a calm carbonation. Bready malty taste with a biscuity sweetness and a completely lack of hops; sweetish malty and quite one-dimensional finish. More a profane Festbier than a classical Märzen. 21.X.10

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet pale malty aroma with a tinge of biscuit. Sweet flavour with a late arriving bitterness, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Present malt character, slightly biscuity and sugary taste; sweet and malt-accented finish with restrained grassy hoppy notes. Clean and straight but also boring Helles. 21.X.10

Bottle 500ml.Murky medium grey amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light caramel, moderate to light heavy yeasty, yeast, moderate banana. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. A bit skunky draffy malty aroma with traces of cardboard and notes of grassy hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly papery malty taste with grassy and slightly herbal hops; sweet and slightly bitter and grassy hoppy finish. 17.X.10

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Sweet lemon aroma. Light body, very sweet lemon accents - a little cloying actually. A touch salty also.

(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Dusty and slightly toasty malty aroma with berry-fruity, a clovy touch and hints of cacao. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and slightly caramel-malty taste with notes of dark and red berries; slightly sweet and sour-fruity, wheaty finish with a mildly clove-spicy touch. Drinkable Dunkelweizen. 11.X.10

Bottled@O’Malleys, Vaasa. Golden colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Arma is wheat, some bready malts, mild spices as well as quite strong on the citrusfruits. Flavour is being quite much the same along with some mild wooden and vanillaish notes. Balanced and quite pleasant.

Bottled@Mallaskukko, Turku. Deep rubyish amber colour, near black, with mediumsized brown head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is ashes, mild burnt black coffee, toffee and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is roasted malts, ashes, toffee, some black roasted coffee and mild nuttyness.

Bottled (5.9 %)@Mallaskukko, Turku. Deep golden colour with mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is tealeafs, bready malts, some mild caramel and biscuits as well. Flavour is quite strongly sweetish and bready malts along with some earthy and mildly spicy notes.
