A stronger, but mild Märzen; quaffable and a bit warming, nothing special...........

Bottle, almost black with a burgundy shine, big fluffy brown creamy head. Cookiedough with chocolate and a few raisin and ginger pieces. Sweet malty and relatively full body - borders a dunkel there. Fresh bitterhop counter. wooden dry yet sweet adtertaste.

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, big fluffy head, lacing and quickly diminishing to a small foamy layer; sweet-malty, sweet-grainy nose, a little bit dusty and papery; sweet flavour, light bodied with a touch of bitterness; sweetish, pale-malty finish with a tinge of citrousity. A very typical, sweetish bavarian Helles.

Bottle. Honeyish sweet malt, flowery hop aroma, light sulphury. Pale golden, light carbonation low head. Fairly lightbodied, grainy base, metallic bittering hops, surprisingly weak after the full aroma. Watery yet dry finish.

Hazy amber, big ivory creamy head. Aroma to the bananany side. Banana and bubblegum flavor, somewhat candyish, but not cloyingly so. Medium to light body, sweet bready aftertaste. Decent enough.

Bottle (labelled as Memminger Weissbier). Strong banana and clove aroma. Light yellow color - cloudy with ample head. Nice typical wheat malt, banana, peach, and clove flavor - full bodied. A very good Hefe- I would consider this among the top representatives of the style.

Bottle. Clove banana aroma. Orange amber color- cloudy with big head. Primarily a clove flavor - moderate wheat and banana flavors as well. Decent palate. Not bad.
