Draft - Weird fruity caramel notes. Cloudy copper with a rich beige head. Rich caramel and some odd bitter notes. Not great.

A deep dark stout with a very thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet milk chocolate, powdery, mundane. In mouth, a nice smooth bitter chocolate, with light woody notes, a bit of astringency, oily mouthfeel. On tap at Seneca Lodge Brewfest, Dec. 3 2011.

A reddish amber IPA with a very thin white head. In aroma, crisp biscuitty malt, floral British hops, but light off solventy notes. In mouth, a decent IPA with sweet biscuitty malt with oily mouthfeel, herbal hops, medium bodied. On tap at Seneca Lodge Brewfest, Dec. 3 2011.
