Sample at the tap room. Clear amber color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, oak and yeast. Full-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, ripe apples, caramel malt and slight bourbon. The finish is oaky with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

12oz can thanks to Jeff. Pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is chocolate milk some coffee notes and a light roast. Taste is more of the milk chocolate some nutty not and a nice light roast coffee. Cracked this can in hopes to bring the buckeyes some luck during the Clemson NC game.

12 oz. can. Pours pale yellow, with a small, off-white head. The nose is melons, light pine, and butterscotch. Flavor is sweet and lightly malty, with a mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is light, a bit astringent, and kinda flat. Not a bad pale ale, with a good, easy aroma and a pretty balanced flavor.
