Draught at Gourmet Haus. Pours very deep brown with brown head. Massive booze on this beer as the alcohol really comes out. Chocolate and cocoa aroma. Cloying and sticky with a bit of syrupy booze.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours a hazy rich yellow-gold. Small off-white head. Aroma of lemon and citrus. Slight dank. Flavor leans into the Citrus, with line and earth.

On tap at the brewery during their 9-year anniversary weekend. Pours very dark brown with brown highlights. Small brown head. Aroma of rich malt and flavor as well. Alcohol is well hidden here. A slight roast and faint vanilla from the barrel. Nicely done.

Tap at the brewery. Pours orange-gold with minimal white head. Aroma of orange is subdued. Flavor is earth, orange, fruit rind and yeast.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazed yellow-gold with small white head of small bubbles. Moderate-high patterning down the glass. Grape must and tropical fruits marry well in the aroma. Flavor is sauv blanc, grape must, massive juicy citrus. Nice beer.

375ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet jammy peach notes and a sour kick. Taste is more of the nice big peach forward notes and a well balanced sour kick.

375 ml bottle. Aroma is coconut, cocoa nibs, earth. In the flavor, the coconut does not hide itself. Shows a bitter chocolate for balance, and also notes of wood and roasted mall.It is a liquid alcoholic Mounds candy bar. Pretty decadent.

Bottle. Mahogany beer with a tan head. Bourbon and vanilla aroma with yeast, spice, and caramel. Bourbon and vanilla flavor with caramel, oak, and yeast. Medium bodied. Oak and bourbon linger with vanilla, caramel, yeast, and light spice. Oak barrel takes over - a little too much.
