Call to Arms Brewing Company was founded by three fellas who met whilst partaking in a shared passion — brewing, cellaring, and packaging beer at Avery Brewing company in Boulder, CO. As veterans of the craft beer community with a combined 20 years of experience, we decided to blaze our own trail and leave a lasting imprint on the industry and in the city we love. This is our Call to Arms.
Brewer owned and operated, Call to Arms places the utmost importance on the quality of our product and the taproom experience for our guests. Blending our backgrounds and cultures, we choose to focus on a love of local, traditional food and drink and to create a timeless, relaxed, non-pretentious neighborhood-friendly brewery focusing on craft beers, community gathering, and good ol’ fashioned fun. We take our beer seriously, yes. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our goal is to make good beer, and we like to have fun while doing just that.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is spice, citrus, banana. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, light finish, very good.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pineapple and dank. Thin mouth, juicy hop, dank, light bitterness, very nice.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is lacto, sour fruit, brett. Thin mouth, very tart, wheat, crushable, very nice.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pink with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong hibiscus and citrus. Thin mouth, spice, clove, and light dryness, good.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown ruby with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast and earth hop. Medium mouth, roast, bitter hop, very nice.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and caramel. Medium mouth, spice, caramel, spice, dry finish, good.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear brown with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is earthy hop and roast. Medium mouth, strong roast, bitter finish, very good.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is cherry skin and toast. Medium mouth, strong roast, cherry, cocoa, light bitterness, very good.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper with small creamy white head. The aroma is spice, bready malt, dark fruit. Medium mouth with strong bready malt, clove, spice, light dry finish, good.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is grapefruit and wheat. Medium mouth, spice, clove, yeast, light citrus, very good.
