Panda at home, thanks to Graham/Grumbo, 17/01/23. Black with a tan head that dissipates over time to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, coffee grinds, herb, spice, charr, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises chocolate, caffe latte, vanilla dusting, dark malts, spice, charr, brown sugar dusting. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of alcohol. Fun enough impy stout ... has a slight bitter balance and tang to it ... possibly puts the pure pastry boys off a little.

Taste comprises milk chocolate, spice, vanilla essence, coconut shavings, dark malts, rummy notes, caramel. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent.

12/8/2023. Bottle shared at RigaGP bottle share. From Hoptimaal online store. Pours black with a small bubbly tan coloured head. Aroma is waxy, coconut, roasted malt, milk chocolate, quite earthy, with a touch of coffee and beetroot. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky and slick, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Aroma of pancake, syrup, jammy fruits, cherries, butterscotch, coffee, medicine, malt, smoky bacon. Quite heavy sweetness with light to moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, creamy, average carbonation. Well done.

Bottled@hermod. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, coffee and some toffee with mild honey and some syrup. Flavou ris pretty much following the pattern of the aroma,. but also has a quite strong fudge edge to it.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and some mild nectar tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild earthy tones with some saisony farmyardy yeasty tones too. Nice fruity and yeasty aftertaste.
