Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is big elderflower, herbal, lambiek funk. Taste is elderflower, almost sticky, good earthiness. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very good one!

Bottle. Hazy orange color with no head. Aroma is mirabelle plum indeed, delicate, good fruitiness, some barn. Taste is mirabelle jelly, very lovely integration with the funk, dryish finish, but somehow also juicy. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

Bottle. Deep ruby color with pinkish head. Aroma is deep cherry skin, rosemary indeed, intense cherry. Taste is deep cherry, rosemary again, tannins, not too funky, but still somehow complex. Low carbonation, chewy from the tannins. Great stuff!

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, crisp apple skins, and barnyard funk. Flavour is bright and funky, with barnyard funk, horse blanket, crisp apple skins, and oak. Harmonious, complex and funky. Lovely.
