Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright elderflower, gentle funk and some oak. Flavour is full of intense elderflower, lots of barnyard funk, and light acidity. The elderflower comes through beautifully. Excellent.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy bright dark cherry red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out intense rosemary, light wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is full of bright rosemary, wild yeast, and oak. The rosemary is thankfully not too pungent but it does dominate. Good stuff.

Very effervescent liquid, clear pale golden coloured. Ureum, apples, nectarines, lemon, kafir limepeel. Lemony, lemonblossom, Lindenblossom; very fine aromas, fines herbes. Delicate flavourprofile. Finish presents a light acidity. Bit dry, giving a film on the mucoses. Feels light for its claimed 7% ABV. Delicate, floral drink, I would name it "more than just cider". Good work, Matthieu!

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. 2022 vintage. Cloudy golden with almost no head. Citric, rhubarb, on the sour side. Interesting stuff.

Flaska från Pellicle, 2022. Lätt rostbrun-röd i färgen, lätt disig med vit krona. Mycket fläder och svarta vinbär i doften. Flädern lite mer direkt och i förgrunden, men går över riktigt snyggt i svarta vinbär. Kombinationen ger nästan lite jordgubbs- och smultrontoner. Funk, mineral, mycket fat, tanniner, nästan lite skalbeska. Mycket gott och kul.

Flaska från Pellicle, 2022. Disig blek gul-guldig med liten vit krona. Rejäl, fyllig och nästan syltig doft av rabarber, nästan varm rabarber/rabarbersaft. Smakmässigt lättare. Rabarber, mineral.
