Bottle pour, taster. @Feira da Sidra da Estrada, 03/06/2023 [#6.499 Global - #1.294 Spain - #1 Pago de Tolina (My Spanish Brewery/Cidery #291)] Pours clear right yellow with a short white head. Aroma: red apples skin, funk and barnyard. Taste: funk a d red apples. Refreshing. Next one please!

Bottle. After 4 years in fridge it actually built a bit of carbonation, so I did not bother with the fancy pour. It still remains very fresh feeling, good as new. Slightly sourish, very easy drinking. Quite good.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Clear golden with white head. Dry funk, dry apple, apple peel, soft glue and lemon, pear, grassy. Light sour, very light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied, dry finish. Quite OK.

Hazy greenish color, no head. Aroma is very fruity with notes of green apples. Flavor is acidic, fruity. Bitterness in the final, light acidic mouthfeel.
