Description
Third Space Brewing is a production brewery, tap room, outdoor beer garden and event space in Milwaukee's historic Menomonee Valley. Third Space Brewing creates high quality craft beer for customers to enjoy in a fun and inviting "Third Space" outside their first space of home and second space of work. Third Space Brewing offers a wide range of hand-crafted beers brewed right on site that can be enjoyed in its comfortable tap room and beer garden with a cool old industrial vibe. Third Space also distributes its beer to bars, restaurants and retail locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Third Space recently won a gold medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival for its Unite the Clans Scottish-Style Rye Ale and was named by RateBeer as the Best New Brewer in Wisconsin in 2016.

Flight. Golden-amber colour and steady off-white head. Light hay, malts in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. A bit honeyish sweetness, hops. Balanced Maibock.

The aromas are relatively mild malt and wet grain, no hops. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose and some generic hops come out, slightly more sweet than bitter with carbonation a bit soft. A hint of alcohol in the finish.Wish I hadn't bought a six pack.

Aromas are citrus, resin, malt and toffee. Flavors are similar to nose, just slightly more sweet than bitter and add in some MJ. Okay body and good carbonation. Good. Drinkable but not great.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Appleton, 2/16/24, Hazy gold, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of lemon, dank. Taste is resin, dank, passionfruit. Well balanced.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Appleton, 2/14/25. Clear copper, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of toast, piney hop.Taste is toast, caramel, piney hop. Well balanced.

12oz can. A little boring, bland, but sessionable and approachable I suppose. Some nice lemon rind bitterness up front. Simple, smooth malty finish. OK.

Aromas are resin, citrus, MJ and pale malt. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, adding in some melon, MJ comes out more and excellent balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Very nice drinking beer.

Can. Pours lightly hazy golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is mango, hints of overripe fruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Medium body.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Appleton, 11/25/24. Black, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, oak, whiskey. Taste is roast, char, whiskey, smoke, chocolate. Full bodied, moderate booze. Nice.

Piint can from Total Wine Madison, 8/11/24. Hazy orange. Aroma of orange, mango, pale malt. Taste is pale malt, tropical fruit. Pretty dry.
