Description
Neonotic is a rewrite of the word “hypnotic” and “neon” which is best defined as the hypnotic brightness of a neon light. Our intention is to create bright and exotic ciders that push the boundaries of what flavours you can harness from a cider.

We could go into a long soliloquy about how much care we put into making each batch, and our dedication to the craft but the best way to experience our ciders is by getting your hands on them. so make an appointment at our brewery or check out the taprooms currently pouring our ciders!

Cooked green apple and some woody hops. Pale gold. Green apple skin, semi sweet and meh.

On tap at The Globe, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of apple core, with light floral hops. Flavour is full of apple core, with gentle acidity and subdued floral hops. Too much apple core. Not great.
