Bottle. Pale amber, with just a slight haze and not much head. Vinous aroma with a bit of brett, woody, some meaty components, so maybe some autoysis or caprylic getting in there at some point. Light tartness - and this comes across mostly as a Flemish sour type of thing, especially given the fruity depth that the wine elements provide. It's more fun than amazing, but a good experiment.

On tap at Detonate, pours a cloudy, murky amber with a small white head. Aroma is a bit muted, with oak and earthy notes. Flavour is likewise muddled, with earthy notes, muted fruit skins, and a little oak. The wine doesn't come through to well, and nothing really comes together. I appreciate the ambition and effort here, but this isn't calibrated properly. Needs work.

On tap at Detonate, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly oaky, with plenty of vinous notes from the wine and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is rather musty, with lots of earthy mustiness, a little oak, gentle vinous character and rustic saison yeast. A little muddled and lacking cohesion, but it's a decent attempt.

On tap at Detonate, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals the coffee upfront, with faint notice of the hops. Flavour blends earthy coffee and hops upfront, with a crisp biscuity malt base. The coffee is nicely situated and doesn't clash with the hops. Solid stuff.

On tap at Detonate, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is infected, with cleaner notes and what seems like acetaldehyde. Flavour is totally fucked, with acetaldehyde, lemon cleaner, and more acid. This is undrinkable and immensely disgusting.

Hazy blond colour. It smells like roasted corn and cumin. The chili is prominent, actually too much for a beer, the cumin is strong too.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma... certainly smells like a taco, with plenty of cumin and chile. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of taco meat, cumin, and intense spicy chiles. This is surprisingly pleasant.

Bottle. Hazy, light amber. No head on the pour. Very floral and phenolic. Has a lot of bitterness, with a big fruity coriander note. The malts are a touch biscuity but not much else. A touch of phenols, but quite bitter and maybe not the right balance for me.
