Description
Chapter Two Brewing Company opened in February of 2018 near the heart of Old Windsor. Originally what began as a passion project among friends, the space naturally evolved into a hand-crafted expression of what craft brewing is. Certified Cicerone® brewer Michael Beaudoin has been creating a line-up of beer with an undeniable quality of which even the most hardcore beer drinkers recognize.

On tap at Chapter Two, pours a cloudy orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some pine, and caramel malt. Flavour is fairly malty, with.l caramely malt, bready malt and resinous hops. Not the best balance of refined profile, but it's decent.

On tap at Chapter Two, pours a clear dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of sweet caramel, bready malt, and a touch of resins. Flavour is more or less the same, with a very sweet bready caramel character. Too sweet and malty even for the style.

On tap at Chapter Two, pours a hazy, murky amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out diacetyl, caramel corn and bready malt. Flavour is very caramely, like buttered corn without really being diacetyl, with some light bitterness underneath. True to style. Okay.
