375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of gin botanicals, light oak, subtle apricots, acidity, and a hint of faded cherries. Flavour is quite gin-dominated upfront, with lots of botanicals, apricot acidity, and seltzery notes. A bit muted, but the gin and bugs come through nicely. Interesting concoction here. Not really that elegant or cohesive, but it's solid stuff.
Mostly cherries on the nose, don't make it in the flavor much but that's ok cause there's plenty of oaky crisp sweetness.

Opaque, weedy citrusy hop. Comes across with lots of bitterness. Not half bad.

Earthy bretty lambicy tasty. Pale colour, slight haze, medium head. Mellow barrel, rounds out the wildness. Not even sure I get much vinous character.

Pale and bretty, lots of yarrow, complex, delicious, because I like brett and I like yarrow.

Hazy pale, thin head, fairly bitter, herbaceous strisselspalt, big bready pale malt.
I was worried about Mirage membership only being fruited styles but they do it so well. Soft grape skin and grisette body, smooth fruitiness with low acidity and tons of love.
Herbal gin notes, tangy cherries, and aweet apricots blendied so nice. Its a nice medley of flavors, high medium carb.
Lively! Cork nearly popped itself after uncaging. Gorgeous fruit brett notes. dry and slightly jammy, sweet and bubbly. fun!

Draft pour enjoyed at Chuck's CD. Clear rose appearance. Lots of dry wine notes with a lingering cranberry, and botanical note. Moderate funk that settles quickly. Tart middle, and a good amount. Sourness 6/10. Lingering wine notes keep this really unique. Layered grisette, and easy drinking with the dry finish. Really tasty.
