Description
The Compañía Cervecera de Canarias (CCC), based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife , was founded in 1939, starting to make a beer that would be called Dorada. In 1994 it merged with the Canary Industrial Society (SICAL) of Gran Canaria, which was the old La Tropical brewery founded in 1924. Currently, Compañía Cervecera de Canarias has more than 300 Canarian entrepreneurs among its shareholders and is part of the AB InBev International Group.

Süß herber Antrunk auf anspruchslosem Niveau. Das Bier bleibt auf diesem Level und wird nach und anch etwas hellmalzig, was den Trinkgenuss spürbar steigert. Zum Ende herber, angenehm und erfrischend. Endlich mal ein gutes Produkt der Brauerei! 8/8/8/9/9/8

Süß-herber Antrunk mit stärker werdender und dann stagnierender Bitterkeit. Wenig getreidig, der ebenfalls nur spärlich vorhandene Hopfen ist trocken und kaum aromatisch. Erfrischend, mehr nicht. 6/6/7/5/10/6

Penetranter Cornflakes-Geschmack, der gerade noch so stark ist, dass das Bier erfrischend wirkt. Dennoch nicht sehr lecker, auch die Bitterkeit wirkt nicht wirklich ausgleichend. Typisches Alkoholfreies. 6/2/2/2/9/2

Wenig aromatischer Antrunk, süß-malzig auf wässrigem Niveau. Recht süffig und erfrischend, das Bier steigert sich nach dem schwachen Antrunk und erreicht ein akzeptables Level. 9/7/7/6/3/7

33cl can from Gran Canaria. Poured pale golden color with bubbly head. Sweet grainy aroma. Flavor sweet malty/grainy. Low bitterness.

Golden yellow color, small white head. Harsh malty aroma with hints of corn. Light to medium bodied. Slightly grainy sweet malty corn flavor. Clean, but typical industrial pale lager.

Suur aitäh Mairele! Golden color, small white head. Dry straw-hay and malt aroma, some iron too. Quite ordinary bulk lager, although not the worst of them. Sweet malty flavor with quite light palate, hints of corn. Dry and harsh finish.

33cl can from Las Palmas. Poured pale golden with a soapy head. Skunky aroma, vegatables and some grassy notes. Flavor similar, vegetables and grass, not very pleasant. No bitterness.

Medium white head. Slightly pale yellow body with carbonation. Vague mealy oily aroma with grassy notes. Dryish grassy strawy perfumy taste. Mid-bodied. Mealy mouthfeel. Dry perfumy herbal grassy aftertaste with mealy papery notes. Not bad, actually. (0.33l can, gift from in-laws.)
