On tap at the brewpub. Okay medium gold body, modest white foam on top. Juicy oily hops on the nose, some sweetness. Flavour is good crisp hops with caramel notes. Nice mouthfeel, good balance of oiliness. A decent IPA. Monkey 9 started slowly but with these new seasonals they are upping their game.

On tap at the brewpub. Murky brown body with minimal head, smells of big dried coffee on the nose, yet perhaps not as deep and sweet as it could be. The flavour is prominent black coffee with some honey cruller notes. Dry finish, a little bone dry. Mouthfeel is very crisp. All of this is okay but could be sweeter to bring out the chocolate. Yet the abv is very well hidden.

On tap at the brewpub. Okay clear darker brown body, modest white head on top. Very soft malt aroma, very faint. Flavour is a very middling malt, some brown sugar, hard to distinguish. Full enough on the mouth. Nonetheless not very well constructed, would pass for a bitter if you've never had one before.

On tap at the brewpub. Medium clear copper and modest white head, soft acceptable hop aroma. Flavour is a reasonably dry hop with hints of apricot. Crisp finish, reasonably full on the mouth. Quite nice for an ISA, nothing missing, well put together.

On tap at the brewpub. Okay clear gold body with no foam, smells like very soft sugary lemons. Flavour is sweet sugary hops, with a wet finish to back it up. Drinkable but boring.

On tap at the brewpub. Has a darker semi clear body with some quick disappearing foam. Very soft caramel aroma, pretty much nothing. Flavour is mellow brown sugar with weak malt hints. Wet finish. Everything an amber ale shouldn't be.

On tap at the brewery. Has a nice foam on top of a semi-clear gold body. Aroma is soft detergent and sweet lemon. Flavour is sharp lemon leaning towards floor cleaner. Finish is a candied affair though middling. There is just too much sweetness here.
