On tap at Menace, pours black with a red-tinged character and a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and maybe subdued blackberries. Flavour is much the same, with toasted malt, gentle metallic notes, and subtle blackberry character. Fairly thin on the palate, lacking body, but the flavours are nice, albeit simple. Decent, but forgettable.

On tap at Menace, pours an opaque, filthy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is chalky, with lots of pulpy stone fruit, lots of chalky, and some citrus notes. Flavour ain't too impressive, with pulpy stone fruits, moderate chalk, and some citrus. Very low hop flavour; there's little bitterness at all. Not so pleasant.

Draft pour to a tulip at The Local, Bellingham. Just learned of Twin Sisters today, so cool to run into this collab. Clean and clear golden pour. Quite an intense sweetness to this. Belgian yeast, and a white grape like nose going on here. Flavor is a strong impression. Boozy, but not too harsh. Thick body to this. Almost to a syrupy point. Not a bad brew from these guys. Looking forward to finding more brews from both of these guys.

Draft pour pint at The Local. The obvious choice on the taplist here. Pepper beers are as automatic as it gets. Clean golden amber pour. Fizzing head. A vegetable constant spice aroma. Green pepper throughout. A little heat here, but it's dialed back more than the bartenders warning would suggest. Malt finish, but fades out to a solitary mild pepper heat. Nice surprise style to find from these guys.

Decent IPA, little bit chewy and crystal...ok...but old school, probably more than I can handle in 2018.

On tap at Menace, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is very faint, with toasted bready notes. Flavour is lacking character, with subdued toasted malt and light bready malt. Useless - no point brewing this or drinking it. Lame and uninspired.
