Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Thanks to anstei! BBE 17.05.2019. Color is clear dark brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, some chocolate, cinnamon, dryness, some cardamom, some, christmas spices and malts. OK spicy dry ale. Fruity citric elements.

Sampled draft @ Bierrevier. Hazy almost golden, soapy white head. Nose is lovely green litchi, chalk, hay,.. Taste is bit too harsh chalk, chemical but also white grape, citrus, pepper,… Oily. Weird too harsh chalky but grew a bit on me.

330 ml. bottle split by 2 @ hostel in Zürich. Hazy citrus, creamy white head. Nose is dirty mineral, very odd mineral lacto sour profile, higher carbonation. Lacto tea, touch washing powder, weird but interesting, maybe touch too weird but overall good.

330 ml. bottle split by 2 @ hostel in Zürich. Hazy citrus, soapy white head. Nose is very mineral, lovely funky milky white grape. Good carbonation. Low lactic, white grape, fruity, funk. Totally infected but in a super tasty lacto & mineral way, cool.

Danke an anstei. Saurer Beginn, Getreide, viel Himbeeren. Süffig, natürlich, die Säure bleibt konstant auf hohem Niveau. Spritzig, steigende Fruchtigkeit. Weich, langer saurer Abgang. Lecker! 9/12/11/11/9/12

Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, lemon, little bit of acid, some distant hints of Belgian yeast and some malts. Pretty hoppy fresh easy light saison. Label says "Pale Ale" but this one is definitely saison.
