Bottle, my 250th Sour/Wild. Unclear golden color with huge stable creamy white head. Aroma is a beautiful combination of fresh wild yeasts and smoked tea, a touch citrusy, lemongrass. The combination really is amazing, though not too intense in flavour. Taste is Saison-style dough, tea, bready, citrusy. Silky mouthfeel with high but soft carbonation. Very long aftertaste of mild smoked tea. Tasty and well-balanced, I love it.

Black with medium brown head. Aroma is kitchen sponge, amarena, some forest, wood, maple syrup, wood sugar, barrel flavours. Taste is dark roasted malt, with some syrup/molasses bittersweetness, quite harsh, resin. A bit alcoholic. Still soothing and nice. Dry and oily. Cool.

Bottle, 3.9%. Unclear golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is yoghurt, lime, some earthy funk. Taste is lime, very tart and acidic, some earthy-herbal flavours. Fizzy carbonation. A bit overdone.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is earthy, citrusy, hay, fresh yeasts, funky, beautiful. Taste is light biscuity, earthy, lemongrass, simplistic, with a dry finish. Thin-bodied and simple, but I wouldn't call it watery. There is a long pleasant aftertaste of earthy lemongrass. Still lacks a bit of flavour, at least for the cold autumn night on which I'm having this. A super balanced brew with beautiful aroma, though. And don't forget this is only 2.9% - I can hardly imagine a better beer at this strength that gets by without fruit, sourness, or overuse of hops.

At Wortspiele #4. Pours murky yellow. Aroma is dusty, funky, little smoke. Body is medium, funky and sour, low fruit flavours, a bit metallic, also smoke and wood indeed. Wooden whisky palate, almost juicy. Good.
