Tap at Blackwell Opening. Pours cloudy amber with decent fine thick head. Aroma is sour fizzy candy, citric, light soap. Body is medium, softly sour, some funk, soft carbonation, softly bitter, some fruit and a bit metallic. Medium fruity palate, still funky, little booze. Good!

Tap at Blackwell Opening. Pours black with a decent beige head. Aroma is coffee and chocolate, but rather soft and low, but still pleasant. Body is medium, metallic, sweet, roasted. Decent malt body, soft carbonation. Tasty. Long roast flavoured palate. Good!

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeasts, some Dinkel. Taste is dinkel spice, peaches. High but soft carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Not bad.

Butelka 330ml (29.10.2017). Piwo klarowne o jasno-złocistej z bardzo obfitą czapą piany. Aromat owocowy, przyprawowy z delikatnymi fenolami choć daleko w tle jest niepokojąca nutka starego chmielu. W smaku zbieżnie z aromatem, delikatnie przyprawowo-pieprzowe, przy czym piwo jest dość wysoko nasycone nawet aż za bardzo, z płaskim finiszem. Ogólnie taki sesyjny saison, przyjemnie rześki choć pijalność zdecydowanie obniża wysokie wysycenie, no ale taki styl.
