Draft pour at Twin Sisters, Bellingham. Rating from backlog. Clean copper brown appearance. When I ordered this, it was listed on the card as 6.6%, which I thought was oddly low for the style, but after one sip, I knew this was a typo. Bready grains, rich caramel, modest in booze, though you can tell this has some potency. Hints of a chocolate malt in the background of this. Lots going on here. Solid as a winter warmer I'm sure, despite having this at the tail end of the summer. Fun brew

Draft pour at Twin Sisters, Bellingham. Rating from backlog. Clean and mostly clear copper appearance. Thin, but lasting head. Fun collab of not your usual collaborating effort style. A bit of a nutty grain up front. Very flavorful lager for sure, which gets bonus points for the setting a brew like this is usually enjoyed in. Subtle caramel and bready notes linger. Barely a spicy note late. Very easy drinking. Nice.

Draft pour at Twin Sisters, Bellingham. Rating from backlog. Golden orange hazy in color. Cream foam head, dense appearance. Another really juicy hazy from these guys, will lots of melon and citrus flavor. Smooth and very low bitter finish. For an IPA on the fruity side, here you go. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour at Twin Sisters. Rating from backlog. Somewhat cloudy golden appearance. Thin foam lasting head. Quite the juicy and highly drinkable pale here, sessionable and flavorful. Creamy oat like body. Cool melon up front, and finishes on a more bold, less than hazy grassy bitter note. Overall an ideal summer refresher. I'll take another.

Can from Community Food CoOp Bellingham, WA
Black colour, with medium sized beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and cardboard, but in a good way. Full bodied, roasted malt and chocolate flavour, mild burnt sugar. Balanced and solid.

Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with small beige head. Quite roasty, dark cocoa, simple, decent imperial stout.

Dark brown, thin head. Toasty with slight fruitiness. Not bad, but certainly doesn't have that classic dubbel richness.

12 oz can picked up at Twin Sisters. Really juicy IPA, tons of stone fruit and creamy vanilla like character. Slightly sweet citrus and tropical fruit front, but bolds out a bit. Smooth taste, a bit of a gritty grain background but definity ends on a peachy, stone fruit finish. Juicy and drinks much easier than the imperial number it boasts. Fun, tasty hazy here.

16 oz. can, pours black with a large light brown head. Nose is bold and robust, bringing out a big roasted malt body, some woodiness, ample hops, and a touch of dusty dry cocoa. Flavour confirms this impression, with a hearty roasted malt base, amply hopped, with a nice woody character, molasses, and low residual sweetness. Great non-adjunct imperial stout that hits all the right notes and strikes the right balance. Excellent by-the-books American impie stout.

Enjoyed on tap at Fred's Alehouse, Snohomish. Dark brown, near black, plenty of tan foam head. Toasty malts with a slightly sweet and subtle berry like note. Milk chocolate, cocoa. All subtle. Smooth porter with plenty of flavor. Solid.
