On tap at Trans Canada, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted biscuity malt and a touch of Belgian yeast. Flavour is rather sweet, with estery Belgian yeast and biscuity malt. Too much residual sweetness for the style and lacking the crispness this should have. Uncoordinated.

On tap at Trans Canada, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out stinky feet, with light brett funk, and biscuity malt. Flavour is rather sweet, with earthy funk, some BO, and biscuity malt. Sweet and they haven't made good use of the brett. Lame.

On tap at Trans Canada, pours a clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and some bready notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready caramel and toasted malt. Not very authentic - does not have the yeast profile that authentic Czech dark lagers have.

On tap at Trans Canada, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very estery, with lots of banana and clove - smells more like a hef. Flavour is along the same lines, with clove, banana, and chaotic estery notes. Not very on-point and quite messy.

On tap at Trans Canada, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle farmhouse notes, a little bit of sweet esters. Flavour is quite estery, with plenty of sugar sweetness, subdued farmhouse notes, and cotton candy. The yeast isn't well-utilized—too estery. Amateur.
