Ruse Brewing is an artisanal brewery inspired by Portland's creative community & culture. These attributes are what inspire us to create our art: craft beer.

We brew small batch, flavorful, and thoughtfully-crafted beers. We work with local artists and musicians to design beers paired with their art for concept events and beer releases. Tap at MBCC 2021, Helsinki. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some tropical fruits, hops and malts. Fresh and enjoyable.

Gold body with lasting white head. Light citrus hop aroma. More of a malty taste with hop in the edge and on the finish.

I forget where I got this one too, but it's delicious. Had low expectations after many years of cheap oatmeal stouts, this is fantastic though. Sweet and light but a flavorful milk stout finish but I don't think there's lactose in this. Really easy drinkn

Can at home. Hazy yellow with mid sized white head. Grassy with onions, tropical fruit, some citrus, light pine resin. Quite a bit of character.

ABV: 6.9%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, lime, zesty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, grapefruit, zesty, lime, fruity hops, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210329]
