Growler poured at Eugene’s tasting. Cloudy golden pour with a moaming had. Cream body, hop forward flavor with a soft citrus. Slight spice in the finish. Good hop profile. Galaxy hops for me are like hot sauce. Put it in anything and it makes it better.

Growler - Sweet grassy hops and lemon. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lemon grass and pale malts. Really light and nice.

Golden, lightly hazy color. Above average head retention but no lacing. Lightly strawberry aroma hops. Flavor is a dry, paper malt flavor as per usual clean and crisp. The art is in making it look simple.

Sampler at brewery. Brown color. Awesome strawberry hops arms, just love it. No off putting big beer aspects. A little bitter at the end and the usual clean finish. No belief this is 10 percent.

Sampler at brewpub. Completely cloudy yellow color. Cant see thru it. Lemony but not cleaning product hops that are lovely. A little white bread crust. Drying hop finish but low bitterness.

Draft at brewery. As every beer great lacing and clear. I don’t know what this coffee and diacetyl mess is. As per other beers this has a clean finish, light ester touch. Messy.

Draft at brewery. Clear golden color, sticky lacing. Drinking this makes me think its a pilsner rather than a kolsch with a lightly creamy aspect. Malts are like a pilsner with a light creamy character at the end. Perceptible hop light bite at the end.

Draft at brewery. Brown color, strong head, sticky lacing. Flavor has a fruity ester that throws it off, cherry but not sweet. Aroma light brown roast with a sweet but not sugary malt sweetness. Some of that ester comes through at the end if the flavor. Apparently this uses a kolsch yeast, which makes sense.
