16 oz. Aroma is doughy, spicy, grainy, grassy. Pours lightly hazy golden with a two finger pillowy white head with great retention. Taste has a moderate lingering herbal hop bitterness with only light malt sweetness. Perfect mouthfeel. Fantastic pils.

Bottle - hazy orange with no head, low carbonation - complex funky/oaky aroma, with notes of lightly sweet citrus, musky Brett, light white wine vinegar acetic hints - flavor is dry, funky, tannic, moderately acidic - white grape must, acetic notes that are present but not sharp or abrasive - funky and oaky finish - pretty nice beer.

Bottle from Chuck’s Hop Shop, Seattle - turbid gold - nicely dove hoppy Brett beer - the hops are floral and fruity and play well off of the peppery phenols and lightly funk of the Brett - some pineapple muskiness in the nose, as well - solid.

Taster shared with Alex and Ash on Oct-04, FedEx epic fail day. Appearance: a bit hazy pale golden. Aroma: very fruity with grapefruit and other citruses notes. Taste: along the same lines, crispy. Overall: interesting.

Black body with off white head. Weak aroma, a little malt. Chili forward in the taste with malt and chocolate. Beer tasted better as it warmed

Draft pour pint at Special Brews, presented on nitro. Jet black appearance, very loose bubble head. Cola appearance. Sweet milk chocolate constant to this stout. Lighter side, smooth and flavorful. Rich, but not too rich. A very modest roasted grain lingering finish. Slightest coffee hint possible. A nice stout here.

Draught at Elizabeth Station, Bellingham, WA
Hazy blond colour. Very nice hop aroma, flowers and hay with a hint of tropical fruit. Lean and very dry, with a bit of piney and zesty hop character.
Modern IPA, I wish it had a better hop expression though.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma and flavour brings out earthy, piney hops, and biscuity malt. Somewhat dank, with a piney, oily finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Aslan Depot. Dark, thin, cocoa, not hitting, no decoction? Definitely missing the sort of rich chocolatey notes I might want in this style.
