On tap at North Fork, pours a clear orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is big on caramely bready malts. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of caramely bready malts upfront, followed by some hop resins and noticeable alcohol heat. Seems a little hot, but it's reasonably done. Solid.

Draft - Tons of jammy dark raspberry and some wood. Clear deep red with a small white head. Big raspberry, jammy without being too sweet, touch of acidity and a bone dry finish. Very well done.

On tap at North Fork, pours a potent pinkish red with no head. Aroma brings out fresh sweet and sour cherries, a good amount of funk and some tartness. Flavour sure tastes like an authentic Belgian kriek lambic, with loads of funk, tart cherries and horse blanket. Really well-constructed. Not sure what they did to make it taste so authentic, but this is excellent.

On tap at North Fork, pours a hay amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready caramel, some English malt and a little dark fruit. Flavour is fairly boozy, with caramel, bready notes, alcohol and dark fruits. Quite boozy, but well-balanced and nice enough flavours. Solid barley wine.

On tap at North Fork, pours a deep dark brown with a small creamy beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and not much else. Flavour brings out lightly stale bread. Not very well-made. It's creamy and smooth on ye palate, which is a plus, but the flavours aren't too great.

On tap at North Fork, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is almost non-existent, with biscuity malt maybe. Flavour is kind of stale, with English biscuity malt and a touch of diacetyl. Not very pleasant.

On tap at North Fork, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some resin and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with some piney and resinous hops, and biscuity malt to back. The hops aren't particularly well-suited, but there are at least no off-notes. Decent IPA.

On tap at North Fork, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out huge banana notes, with light notes of clove. Flavour is along the same lines, but more pronounced towards the spice, with equal parts clove and banana. Decently balanced and clean. Solid hef.
