A: clear red, thin, pink head.
A: strawberry, brambleberry, fruit coulis, forest fruit jam on white bread.
T: sour brambleberry, strawberry jam, wheat & salt.
F: tart berries, salt, strawberry-flavoured Napoléon candy.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Very full, fruity, nicely salty Gose.

330ml can [8.4% abv]. Clear, dark brown colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, dark beige to tan head. Slightly smoky, roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of smoked ham, a touch of wood ashes, some dark chocolate. Taste is bitter roasty, dark malty and bitter hoppy, mildly smoky, hints of dark chocolate, a touch of ashes; subtle hints of caramel and alcohol in the last third. Bitter, mineral and slightly leafy finish. Watery texture, slightly dry, minimally pungent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very nice aroma, sadly rather heterogeneous in taste with slightly unpleasant bitterness and non-integrated smokiness - decent.
