08.05.2019 -- on tap at old bar in kiev. pours a clear almost black with a small head. aroma of coffee and toffee. flavour of coffee, slight chocolate. sweetish, not too dry. pleasant.

05.05.2019 -- on tap at prorock in kiev. pours rather black with a small but dense creamy head. aroma of roast, chocolate, cherries, but also a hint of some wet rags unfortunately. flavour of chocolate, vanilla, some cherries, grassy bitterness. a bit unbalanced, alcohol is well hidden though.

Bottle. Reddish-amber, hazy, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, all sorts of berries, blueberries, strange tropical fruits, citrus, jam. Taste: tropical fruits (passion fruit and mango, pineapple) + blueberries, sweet lactose and bitter hop, alcohol = strange mix.

On tap at Vidro, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out burnt malt, some phenols, and light cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy notes, light cocoa and medium roast. Nicely balanced, with a deep palate. Solid.
