Draft pour to a schooner at Whipsaw. A clean amber pour (definitely not brown), but that’s okay. The flavor seems to hit well. Master of disguise. A ton of head and lacing. Aroma is full of cherry pie. Nice. Flavor is a cinnamon and cherry combination, which is weird, but not bad. Flavorful, and drinks nice. On board with this one.

Draft pour to a schooner at Whipsaw, Ellensburg. First visit! A copper, amber pour with a thin oily head. A dusty, soft malt aroma. Flavor is a slightly nutty grain, with a cool, flavorful finish. A distinct grape like finish to it, that’s fun, and unique for the style. Good amber here overall.
